Day 11: What is your favorite junk food and why? Now, find the nutritional information for that junk food (preferably online so that you don’t actually have to see the food) and list: the number of servings, the amount of calories, the total fat, the amount of sodium, the total carbs and the grams of sugar. Think about how unhealthy that junk food is and share why you want to stop eating it.

My favorite “junk” food is probably cheese, butter, chocolate and chocolate cake. I want to stop eating those things because i know that these things won’t benefit my weight loss and I honestly don’t feel good either mentally nor physically when eating those things.

nutritional values per 100g:

cheese: calories, 360. Protein, 27g. Carbs, 1,5g. Fat, 28g.

Butter: calories, 728. Protein, 1g. carbs, 1g. Fat, 82g.

Chocolate: calories, 535. Protein, 10g. Carbs, 49g. Fat, 33g.

chocolate cake: Calories, 410. Protein, 5g. Carbs, 60g. Fat, 17g.

Dosen’t look that good huh?

Day 10: What was your lowest weight and what was your highest weight? How did you feel at each weight?

Since I can’t weight myself I have no idea what my highest and lowest weights have been, but i know I was at my skinniest last late spring/summer and my biggest must have been in sixth grade, spring two years ago and now, right after christmas and forward. I felt insecure both at my biggest and my smallest, but I must say that I had more days when I felt a bit comfortable when I was at my skinniest. When at my biggest i didn’t want to wear jeans or tight clothes, and it was common that I wore sweats and a hoodie, although that hasn’t been the case now cause i’ve tried to avoid sweats, which has been kind of hard… But I feel like people would notice me more if I wore sweats than they do now, so I just suffer in to wearing jeans. I conclusion I felt better when I was skinny, but I didn’t feel good at any size.

Day 9: Post a picture of you or of someone else that motivates you to lose weight. What features do you like about this person’s body? Why does this picture motivate you?
This picture motivates me for some reason. It think it’s because i hate sitting like that and I want to be able to feel comfortable doing it. Sounds really stupid I know, but… Yeah.
But i find pictures that involve toned stomachs, lean firm legs, thin arms, round butt, and a slim toned back really inspiriting.
